I am feeling great!! I don't want to jinx it but I am in such a positive place. Mentally, physically, spiritually things are coming together for me. I'm beginning to see results from all the hard work and it's motivating! This was a super fun episode and we had a special guest, Nick Grinups in studio. He's a super cool fella who writes for Sherdog and he's also a stand up comedian. We cover a variety of topics in Fight News and also delve into how he got into comedy and journalism.
